WHAT WE DO
We apply ecological science, geospatial systems, workflow automation, and science interpretation across programmes and projects throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our work is structured around the contexts in which environmental decisions are made, from catchment-scale management through to infrastructure, restoration, and monitoring.
Catchment & Environmental Management
We support catchment-scale environmental management, helping organisations understand condition, pressures, and priorities across complex landscapes.
Our work brings together ecological science, spatial systems, structured data, and science interpretation to support coordinated management, prioritisation, and action.
Infrastructure & Environmental Integration
We work alongside infrastructure providers, developers, and multidisciplinary teams within complex delivery environments, integrating ecological science into planning, design, consenting, and construction.
Our role is to ensure environmental considerations are clearly understood, appropriately incorporated, and practically applied, supporting consenting, delivery, and long-term outcomes.
Restoration & Ecology
We apply ecological science to restoration and habitat enhancement, supporting the recovery and long-term resilience of freshwater, wetland, estuarine, and coastal systems.
Our work integrates ecological understanding with practical design and implementation, ensuring solutions are scientifically robust and achievable.
Monitoring, Data & Environmental Reporting
We design and deliver monitoring programmes and reporting systems that provide reliable, transparent, and decision-ready information.
Our work integrates field data, structured workflows, spatial systems, and science interpretation to ensure information is consistently captured, processed, communicated, and applied.
Science Interpretation & Communication Service
Translating complex scientific and technical information into outputs that can be understood, trusted, and acted on, runs through everything we do. But organisations also commission this directly.
Government agencies, research institutions, infrastructure providers, and industry bodies bring us their scientific and technical content; monitoring data, research findings, technical reports, operational procedures; and engage us to interpret, structure, and present it for the audiences who need to understand and act on it.
